About AGNU
The GNU Architecture collective (hereafter AGNU) is formed of a group of architects interested in promoting the use of free and open source software in the field of architecture.
Terms of use
AGNU is providing this page, whatever use you make of it is entirely up to you. With two exceptions: do not try to compromise the security of this site nor use any of its content against the terms specified in the respective licenses. If you are naughty there is a security guard at the front door who will ban you for wearking trainers, regardless of the shoes you are wearing.
We decline any responsability should any major (or minor) disaster occur while you are visiting this page. Our means are way too modest for anything to be blamed on us anyway. But just in case, do not save any confidential information in your user profile or anywhere on this site.
Prior to registration, you must read and accept this terms and conditions, we hope this is not too much to ask.
Privacy and use of private data
Ensuring the security and privacy of your personal data is our highest priority, and we have implemented every means at our disposal to protect them.
We shall never sell your personal data nor shall we use it for anything other than contact you or for services related to this web site. In the event of using them for anything else we would ask for your permission beforehand.
You may unregister at any time through the contact form. As soon as the administrator reads your request all your personal data will be removed from the server (with the exception of any pages you may have generated or translated, which will remain for the generations to come).
Contents and intellectual property rights
The contents of this page, while not otherwise specified, are owned by AGNU and its authors and are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license.
This page has been built using Drupal, a free content management sistem, and its looks come mainly from the Zero Point theme. Most of the modifications have been made by AGNU, although we have also used some icons from the Hydroxygen Gnome theme and ecqlipse 2 icon theme. In the applications list the icon is a modification of cemagraphics' original.
If registered users wish to do so, they may, under the supervision of the site administrators, contribute content to this site. In this case the property of the content they provide is unquestionably theirs, but they must release it under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license (the same as ours, a matter of consistancy you know). Should anyone use such content it must mention both the author and AGNU.
The contents and opinions of the pages generated by users are the sole responsibility of their authors.
We will usually provide links to other sites outside the domain of AGNU. Well, if we are barely taking any responsibility for what happens in our (your) site, you wouldn't expect us to back what others do or say, would you?
If you find any contents within this site which may belong to you, and you want us to remove them or mention you as the authors you just have to fill in the contact form and we shall take care of it (note there are no jokes here).
